Sprenar Cleaning is run by Sprenar Stays, S.L., NIF B26576314, Bel-Air, 29688 Estepona. This notice explains what we collect when you request a quote, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the service, town, property size, bathrooms and terrace details you give us, your name, and a phone number or email address. Photos are optional and only used if you choose to send them.
Why we collect it
To prepare and confirm your quote, and to schedule the visit if you go ahead. This is a pre-contractual step you have asked for, and a legitimate interest in running the business efficiently.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored on a server located in Germany, operated for Sprenar Stays, S.L. Email delivery of new leads uses Resend, an EU-region email service.
How long we keep it
A request that does not turn into a booking is deleted after 12 months. Bookings and their invoicing details are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your details, object to how we use them, or request a copy in a portable format. Contact [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Cookies and ads
The site does not set advertising cookies without your consent. Google Ads conversion measurement only records that a quote request was sent, not what it contained.
